Offboarding
Please complete the below steps when returning your device to CSPD ICT.
This will ensure you have a copy of all the data you need, as well as ensuring the device is returned in a physically clean state.
iPad/iPhone

Sign out of iCloud if signed in: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT208242
Erase iPad/iPhone: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/ipad/ipad8f91b5e3/ipados
Clean iPad/iPhone (including the charger/power brick and adapters etc): Ensure to not use wipes that contain too much liquid, this can ruin the devices. More detail how to clean your device properly can be found here: https://support.apple.com/en-au/HT204172
MacBook Air/Pro
Turn off your password. Go to Apple logo top left, choose "System Preferences", Choose "Users & Groups", Press "Change Password" enter your current password in "Old Password", then leave the "New Password" and "Confirm New Password" fields blank.

Migrate any data off the Macbook (if needed): How to back up your Mac — Official Apple Support

Windows
